Lymphatic Drainage Massage

What is it exactly?

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates the flow of lymph — the fluid that helps remove toxins, waste, and excess water from the body. When the lymph flow slows down, we often feel bloated, heavy, and fatigued. This type of massage helps “wake up” the lymphatic system and restore a sense of lightness in the body.

How does it work?

The therapist uses slow, soft, and precise movements along the natural lymphatic pathways. This isn’t the kind of massage where pressure is intense — here, everything is focused on activating natural detox processes through soft stimulation.

Who is it good for?

• People experiencing swelling or puffiness (especially in the face or legs) • Those who fly often or sit for long hours • Recovery after injuries or surgery (with doctor approval) • Sedentary lifestyles • Feeling of heaviness or fatigue • As part of detox or weight loss programs • To improve the appearance of cellulite (as part of a combined approach)

When should you not get it?

• During infections, fever, or inflammation • If you have active cancer or thrombosis • During flare-ups of chronic illnesses • During pregnancy — only with medical permission

What results can you expect?

• Reduced swelling and puffiness • A more defined face and body contour • Lightness in the body • Better sleep and overall well-being • Smoother, more toned skin • A general feeling of reset Most clients feel results after just one session, but long-term improvements usually come with a full course.

How often should you get it?

It depends on your goals. We usually recommend a series of 5–10 sessions, 2–3 times per week, followed by occasional maintenance treatments. You can also combine it with taping, sculpting massage, or body wraps to boost the effects.

Should you try it?

If you’re feeling bloated, tired, or just not quite yourself, lymphatic drainage massage can bring back a sense of lightness and calm. It’s a gentle, yet powerful treatment that helps your body reset — inside and out.

Note:

Massage is performed only in the absence of contraindications. Please consult your doctor if you have any chronic health conditions.
